01 Shipping Policy
MeraGift.com ships products across India and to selected international destinations using established courier and logistics partners.
02 Delivery Within India
All national orders within India are generally shipped through an e-commerce shipping platform such as Shiprocket and its associated courier partners.
Courier partners may include Ecom Express, Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Ekart and other available logistics providers depending on serviceability and destination.
The normal estimated delivery time for domestic orders is approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, PIN code, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays or other operational circumstances.
03 Specific Courier Request
If you would prefer your order to be shipped through a specific courier company, you may contact us before dispatch.

04 Delayed Domestic Shipment
If a domestic order is not delivered within 10 days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
After verifying the shipment status with the courier partner, we will take appropriate action. Where the shipment is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we may arrange a replacement shipment or another suitable resolution, depending on the circumstances.
05 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or the order tracking facility available on our website, where applicable.
Customers are advised to use the tracking details provided to monitor the current shipment status.
06 Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code, mobile number and any other relevant address information while placing the order.
MeraGift.com may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
07 Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable
Courier partners may attempt delivery based on their standard delivery procedures.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the mobile number is unreachable, the address is incorrect or the customer refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or customer unavailability.
08 Damaged Package at the Time of Delivery
If the outer package appears visibly damaged, tampered with or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend recording the condition of the package before opening it.
If the product inside is damaged or incorrect, please contact MeraGift.com within the applicable return period and provide supporting photographs and/or an unboxing video for verification.
09 International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped through DHL, Aramex or another suitable international courier partner depending on destination and service availability.
The courier partner may vary based on delivery location, package size, serviceability and shipping requirements.
The estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 15–20 days after dispatch.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary because of customs clearance, destination country regulations, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
10 Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Any such applicable duties, taxes or charges are generally the responsibility of the buyer / recipient and must be paid according to the rules and regulations of the destination country.
These charges are not normally included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required by customs or the courier company for successful international delivery.
Customs clearance delays are outside the direct control of MeraGift.com and may increase the overall delivery time.
